• Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days, while remote or cross border orders may take longer.
• Buyers should inspect the package and goods at receipt and report damage, missing items or wrong items promptly.
• If self pickup is available, buyers must collect the order at the stated time and place with the required proof.
